We accept exchanges on items within 14 days. We offer exchange or store credit only. Item must be in unworn, original condition, with the original receipt and all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable. FINAL SALE. All items are carefully checked prior to shipping to ensure they are in perfect condition, but if you notice any damage please contact us right away and send us photos of the damaged packaging or garment.

SHIPPING
We ship all items from our store on Salt Spring Island, British Columbia, Canada within 72 hours of receiving an order. We ship with Canada Post which includes $100 insurance and tracking. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped with the tracking number.
Delivery times are only averages, there can be additional delays if the package is crossing a border, or delivery falls during a holiday. We do not promise delivery dates or assume any responsibility for delivery times as this is beyond our control.
When a package crosses a border, we are not responsible for additional processing fees, duties, or taxes incurred.
We offer free shipping within Canada and the USA on all orders over $200 CND / USD.
